Shadow His Incredible Tale Before you get to thinking this is about shadow on here, its not. The prolouge will explain^^ Im hoping to get it published^^

Prolouge

The cold air hit dead within his short coat. "Man its cold out here!" Princess, a young brown and white boxer with golden eyes had said. "Shh! I know its cold but there are mountain lions here in california, city girl!" Shadow, a young black boxer with brown eyes scolded. Princess was a young and cute boxer from the city of Moore in Oklahoma. Shadow had lived with his old retired owner who had paid off his house out in the big old country off in tenesee, but visited often with his old owner, since he would often have seizures. His owner was a wise old man by the name of Joseph Stephens. The black boxer was an ugly looking thing when he first found him in an old home down by a river in Tenesee. Poor thing done nearly starved to death. Joseph Stephens was a great man. Always feeding his dog the right thing, in exchange for knowing when he was to have a seizure.

Chapter: 1 ~Part one~

Joseph Stephens had gone to the pet shelter to find himself a dog. He wanted a seizure alert dog, one who could alert him easily when he would have a seizure. He was an old man of seventy-nine. He often had seizures and had no warning about them, except for his old cat who was getting old as well. The small brown cat he had named Mit, was growing to tire out just from walking. He remembered when he had gotten Mit as a kitten, so playful and happy. Now, Mit was old enough to die the next day. Joseph didnt want to have to face having seizures while cooking, walking, driving or anything like that. That faithful day he adopted Shadow, a large, faithful and lovable boxer, black with amber eyes. The day Joseph Stephens saw him, he knew right away, he was the dog. Shadow had wagged his stubb tail when Joseph had approached the cage. He had barked happily, like he had known that first minute of scenting him, that he was the owner who would take care of him. Shadow had then lept onto the gate that seperated Joseph and him. Joseph stared at him with his old green eyes and motioned with his hadn that this one was the one that needed him the most.

Chapter: 1 Part 2

The man with the keys and the big brown eyes and blue twosers let Shadow out so he could sniff Joseph. Joseph patted his head. Shadow wagged his stub black tail and began to whine loudly. Joseph nodded and asked the young man where a good soft place was. The young man, around twenty-nine, had pointed to his office and invited Joseph in. Joseph walked in and sure enough, a small bed lay there on the ground. Surely the young man didnt sleep here? Joseph had no time to worry. He went to the bed and layed down. Sure enough, five minutes later, he had a seziure. The young man they called Austin called the hospital.

Later that night, Joseph woke up in the hospital attacked to a life supporter. Sure enough, Shadow was waiting patiently next to him licking his hand. Joseph patted his head then coughed. he went to sleep soon after and Shadow stayed up with him.
